Probably not the Cardinal you were thinking! This refers to a classic college drinking game where a litany of actions is given for repetition and faults require taking a drink and starting over. If you like your beer very strong and very hoppy then this is the beer for you!

Lighter in color and milder in flavor, this easy drinking beer finishes with hints of orange zest. Sensitive palates may detect a faint peppery note imparted from Grains-of-Paradise.

Referring to steam engines that would not stop to fill boilers but would instead scoop ('jerk') water from a track pan and keep on rolling. This is our classic American pale ale. Brewed in the tradition of West Coast ales with a distinctive Northwest hop character and clean finish.

Our special Easter beer brewed with jelly beans. A very mild Hefeweizen, light on hops with hints of banana and clove resulting from the Hefe yeast fermentation.

Paying homage to the men ("Stokers") who shoveled up to 5000 pounds of black coal per hour to the locomotive firebox, this rich dark ale is brewed with chocolate malts along with molasses. It has old world appeal and is distinguished by hints of coffee and cocoa.
